Ultrasonic metal welding machines generally come in three frequencies: 

15kHz, 25kHz, and 30kHz. The welding effect of these frequencies is the 

same, but the prices differ.


B. Choose the appropriate power based on actual needs:

In general, higher power leads to faster welding speed. Therefore, whenchoosing,

 it should be based on the actual situation to achieve the desired

effect."


C. Select based on the material being processed:

Different materials have different temperature requirements. For example,

 the connection between plastic and metal, if the temperature is too high,

 can easily lead to plastic deformation or scorching; if the temperature is

 too low, good bonding cannot be achieved.


D. Based on the thickness of the processed workpiece:

Thinner workpieces require less heat. Therefore, when selecting, it's 

advisable to use lower power for thinner materials.


E. Pay attention:

When using an ultrasonic metal welding machine, strictly control the 

heating time and temperature to prevent damage due to overload. 

During the welding process, due to the thermal effects, a certain amount 

of gas will be generated. Therefore, maintain a certain number of 

ventilation cycles; otherwise, it will affect the quality of the product.
