Working Principle of Servo Hot Press Machine

High precision servo hot press machine operates by applying a certain voltage to the hot press head. 

Using low voltage and high current, it heats the high-impedance hot head, which in turn raises the

temperature of the objects in contact with it. When the temperature reaches the welding point, 

the two objects in contact will fuse together.

A servo hot press machine is a precision hot press controlled by a servo motor. The servo motor 

offers advantages such as precision, speed, adaptability, stability, responsiveness, and comfort. 

By utilizing a servo motor, closed-loop control of speed, position, and torque is achieved, 

preventing issues like excessive force, speed, and overshooting.
