Precautions for Replacing Vibration System of Ultrasonic Welding Machine
a. Power Supply: Verify that the power supply for the new vibration system aligns with your device's power
source and voltage specifications. Improper power supply can lead to performance issues or damage.
b. Ensure that the connecting surfaces are clean and free from dust and debris. Apply grease during installation
to enhance ultrasonic transmission.
c. Carefully inspect the integrity of the connecting bolt circuit to prevent damage to the vibration system's
threads due to vibration. Replace if necessary to avoid excessive losses.
d. Compatibility: Ensure that the new vibration system is compatible with your device or equipment in terms
of size, power requirements, and control mechanisms.
e. Control Interface: Determine how the vibration system will be controlled. Ensure compatibility with your
device's existing control interface or plan for necessary adaptations.
f. After securing the bolt to the welding head, loosen it slightly to prevent over-compression of the welding
head, then tighten the bolt onto the diode. If installing a subsidiary electrode and transducer, secure the bolt
to the subsidiary electrode before mounting the transducer. The sequence must not be reversed – please pay
attention!
h. Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing and validation of the new vibration system in the intended
application to ensure it functions as expected and does not negatively affect overall device performance.
After replacement, refrain from immediately installing it onto the machine and connecting the cables. Instead,
place thevibration system on a tabletop to test for any abnormal ultrasonic behavior.If there are unusual noises,
reinstall the vibration system. Play the ultrasonic intermittently for 2 - 3 minutes, ensuringeach ultrasonic trigger
time is not overly long. For heat checks, reinstall if necessary (contact surfaces may not be clean).
