A: If the hardware failure in normal usage, we provide for 12 months free guarantee service

    from the date of sale, including but not limited to repair or replacement. However, man-made 

    damage, dismantling by unauthorized personel, or normal wear and tear are not covered by 

    guarantee service.

A. Machines are one year warranty and life-span technical support. Free operation training at our facility.
