The ultrasonic signal generator consists of an ultrasonic power amplifier module that 

converts 50/60Hz AC mains power to ultrasonic frequency to drive the transducer, and

 a control module with "system protection monitoring" and "automatic tuning" functionalities.

 The control module is capable of cutting off ultrasonic energy in case of faults during ultrasonic

 welding, ensuring high safety and reliability for the generator and the entire welding equipment.

A. Automatic Frequency Tracking (AFC): This feature enables the generator to automatically 

adapt to various sizes of welding molds and different design tooling. The automatic frequency

 tracking range is ±400Hz (taking 15kHz ultrasonic frequency as an example, mold frequencies 

within 14.40-15.20kHz can be automatically tracked). The frequency tracking accuracy is ±5Hz.

B. CPU Computer Monitoring: The use of CPU computer monitoring for various program 

speeds ensures rapid adaptation and strong adaptability. The "system protection monitoring" 

function responds to the following conditions:

•  IGBT temperature overheat protection

• Excessive pressure leading to overload

• Excessive current in the ultrasonic generator

• Loosening or other faults in the welding head, amplitude transformer, or transducer

• Generator circuit failure

• Cable faults between the generator and transducer
  

• Automatic compensation for unstable power supply frequency
  

• "Automatic Tuning" Function: This function allows the ultrasonic generator to automatically

  track and compensate for changes in welding head frequency. Such frequency changes occurwhen there is high temperature, wear on the welding head surface, or foreign particles on the

  welding head.

  a. Built-in Fully Automatic Constant Amplitude System: It compensates for changes in air

  pressure and voltage fluctuations automatically. The ultrasonic amplitude can be infinitely

  adjusted from 1% to 100%, meeting the requirements of different welding workpieces.b. IGBT Power Amplification: The use of IGBT for power amplification results in faster

  response times, over 100 times faster than traditional silicon power transistors. This enhances

  the protection functionality.
